PET DEPOSITS:
1 Pet - $400; $150 is not refundable
2 Pets - $500; $250 is not refundable
3 Pets - $600; $350 is not refundable
PET RESTRICTIONS: This is a one-time fee to keep a pet. You
still have to shampoo the carpet and deflea it upon move out and
pay for any damages caused by the pet(s) over the amount of the
refundable part of the deposit. No pet over 30 lbs are permitted
and no large pets allowed in an upstairs unit.
- In addition, the following breeds, mixed breeds, or types of
animals are not allowed
- Akita
- American Pit Bull Terrior, also known as American Staffordshire
or Staffordshire Terrier
- Chow
- Rottweiler
- Wolf Hybrid (Wolf mix with any breed)
- Trained guard dog or attack dog
- A pet that has bitten or attacked, or a pet that has vicious
tendencies, such that it must be removed or retained when people
are present.
- A wild undomesticated animal such as reptiles, wolves, snakes,
bears, ferrets, monkeys, pot bellied pigs, certain species of
cats and other exotic species.
- This list is not inclusive. Contact an apartment representative
if there is any question to whether your pet is eligible or not.
* Any security deposit is not refundable unless application is
rejected by Seville Place Apartments in McAllen, Texas or the resident
lives out the term of the lease.
